Dedicated internet contracts include a contractual 99.9% availability SLA. If it is missed, we apply credits proportional to the downtime. Fixed wireless (LTE and 5G) has different terms.
Yes. We have experience in federal and state procurement and, as a certified channel for the major carriers, we meet the technical and commercial requirements.
It depends on the number of warehouses and the ERP integration. We start from a proven base system, so it is shorter than building from scratch. After discovery you get a timeline with usable partial deliveries.
Yes. As an authorized reseller we sell new licenses and renewals and help with installation and setup.
