Question 1

How long does a dedicated internet installation take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the technology and location. Fiber typically takes 15 to 30 business days; microwave or LTE can be installed in 5 to 10 business days. You get a timeline from the first conversation.

Question 2

Do you cover areas outside Guadalajara?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We operate across the Guadalajara metro area and, through our wholesale carrier network, provide dedicated internet in the main cities of Mexico. Ask about availability at your address.

Question 3

What do your SLAs guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Dedicated internet contracts include a contractual 99.9% availability SLA. If it is missed, we apply credits proportional to the downtime. Fixed wireless (LTE and 5G) has different terms.

Can you take part in government tenders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have experience in federal and state procurement and, as a certified channel for the major carriers, we meet the technical and commercial requirements.

Question 5

How long does a WMS rollout take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the number of warehouses and the ERP integration. We start from a proven base system, so it is shorter than building from scratch. After discovery you get a timeline with usable partial deliveries.

Question 6

Do you sell and install Siigo Aspel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As an authorized reseller we sell new licenses and renewals and help with installation and setup.

Question 7

The help desk runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Open tickets by phone, WhatsApp or email. Critical incidents on SLA services have a guaranteed 1 hour initial response.

Question 8

Monthly or annual contracts?

Accepted Answer

Contracts start at 12 months, with 24 and 36 month options at better rates. For pilots or evaluations we can discuss special terms.
